Welcome to Our House
Goleufryn is a 3 storey 100 year old property which we have spent time renovating to high specifications to make our holiday home as comfortable and relaxing as possible, there is also a separate barn that sleeps upto 4 and another barn which is a games room. We have recently renovated the games room barn with an extra room with an en-suite which sleeps and extra 2/4 family included in the cost of the house. Visit Wales self catering star grading 4 star. The house sleeps upto 10 the small barn sleeps upto 2/4 ( included in the house rental ) and another barn which sleeps an extra 4.

About Us
We now have wifi and sky tv. A large house that sleeps 10 with separate barn that sleeps 4. We have now renovated the small barn which can sleep a family of 4 in a family room with an en-suite shower room. This is included in the price of the house.

Bedroom 1 has an en-suite with a steam shower and a free standing bath, toilet and sink.
Top floor has 1 x shower room and a separate toilet and sink 1st floor has a separate toilet and sink.

Black gloss units with granite work tops. Large cooker ( freestanding ) with a grill 2 ovens and ceramic hob. Larder.
Fridge, freezer, dishwasher all integrated.
Microwave, coffee maker, slow cooker, veg steamer. Plenty of pots, pans, crockery etc.
Utility Room:
Oil Boiler.
Large top loader washing machine.

Open plan living room / dining room with 3 large brown leather sofas and a foot stool. Oak table with leather high back chairs. Stunning multi fuel burner. 2 small oak coffee tables. Large flat screen TV. With Sky entertainment . Free Wifi. iPhone docking

Conservatory with 2 large leather sofas and a single matching chair.

Cleaning & Amenities
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Linen is provided for beds if required.
Towels can be supplied at an extra cost.
Property is cleaned once a week on change over day.
If you are staying longer we can arrange a clean when required.

Unfortunately we do not have any bedrooms in the main house for someone with a wheelchair on the ground floor. We are considering turning the games room into a ground floor bedroom/ lounge with bathroom.
